Welcome to my official website

As the Senior Corporate Executive Chef for one of the world's largest food companies, I journey across the country appearing in national, regional and cable television shows. I also consult for some of America's largest restaurant chains and operators developing products and writing recipes for their menus. Frankly, I am having the time of my life!

Throughout my extensive travels, I have developed a bit of a knack for identifying and following upcoming food trends and flavors. Happily, most of my research is done by dining in some the coolest restaurants in the US whether it is a down home barbecue joint in Alabama or The French Laundry in Napa.

I am most greatful for the wonderful friends that I have made in and out of the food industry while traveling on the road. These folks have all taught me so much and I am in a better world because of them.
