Ingredients
- Butter, melted..... 1/4 cup
- Brown sugar, light..... 1 cup
- Mustard, Dijon..... 2 T
- Maple syrup, genuine..... 1/4 cup
- Bacon Strips..... 30 slices
Method
- In a stainless mixing bowl combine the butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard and maple syrup. Mix well.
- With a pastry brush, apply the butter-sugar mixture to each strip of the bacon on both sides of the strips
- Place bacon strips on a parchment paper lined sheet pan.
- Roast in 325F oven until the bacon is cooked and crispy.
- Serve immediately or hold warm for service.
